PARC400® Chemical – Information
PARC400® is a state of the art proprietary chemical that offers a safe, economical and effective single source solution to production problems caused by paraffin and asphaltene buildup. PARC400® Chemical has been developed to incorporate the advantage offered by traditional solvents, dispersants, crystal modifiers and inhibitors into a single source solution.
It is so effective that within a short period of time, PARC400® Chemical treatments will not only pay for themselves, but also increase the economic output of treated wells. This is achieved by increasing production, minimizing costly operational problems, and/or decreasing the frequency of treatments required when compared with other treatment methods.
PARC400® Chemical offers superb solvency properties. Due to its unique chemical composition, PARC400® Chemical removes up to 10 times the amount of parraffin and asphaltene possible by traditional solvents. PARC400® Chemical is also a crystal modifier. A crystal modifier keeps dissolved paraffin and asphaltene in solution. Thus enhancing the paraffin and asphaltene retention effect of the product. When PARC400® Chemical is continually injected in the well, the crystal modifier effect will hinder the precipitation and deposition of paraffin and asphaltene thus keeping treated wells clean of paraffin and asphaltene deposits. Once PARC400® Chemical is squeezed into the formation, it has a unique ability to time release back into production. With PARC400® Chemical adsorbing to the formation and releasing over time, the need for frequent treatments is reduced dramatically.
PARC400® Chemical is compatible with hot oil treatments, acidizing, demulsifier, and corrosion inhibitors. Furthermore, PARC400® Chemical contains only virgin material and meets all refinery requirements.
PARC400® Chemical – Treatment Program
A treatment program usually consists of two phases.
Phase one involves the removal of wax formation damage (paraffin and asphaltene buildup in the formation) and the removal of deposits in the production lines. The objective at phase one is to restore the well to optimal production. If formation damage due to paraffin and asphaltene deposition has been a factor in production decline, then production increase may be expected at this stage. The rate of future paraffin deposition will also decrease significantly due to the crystal modifier effects of PARC400® Chemical.
Phase two consists of continuous injection of PARC400® or periodic PARC400® batch treatments, formation squeezes with a blend of PARC400® and hot oil, etc. In phase two the objective is to ensure that the well remains at optimal production and at minimum maintenance costs.
Other excellent uses for PARC400® Chemical includes, but not limited to, the removal of paraffin and asphaltene in gas wells, water injection wells, disposal wells, flow lines and the processing and removal of tank bottom sludge, back into pipeline acceptabel crude oil.
The sooner you start your wells on a PARC400® Chemical treatment program, the sooner you will be optimizing your current oil & gas production!!
